Official Withdraw Form

The official withdrawal date will be determined by the Registrar's Office based on student's first notification to the University or effective date, whichever is latest. 

Concurrent Enrollment Request Form

Request to take courses at institutions other than ABU. Approvals for concurrent enrollment are granted most commonly for courses and programs that ABU is unable to offer. 

Verification of Enrollment Request Form

Request a letter to verify your enrollment or unenrollment from ABU. 

Add/Drop Request Form

The change of schedule request must be submitted by the student to the Registrar before it can become effective.  All changes are subject to the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Office of the Registrar. 

Change of Degree Program Request Form

The new degree plan is filed with the Registrar.  Changes in plans may be approved only by the Vice President of Academic Affairs.

Graduation Process and Application Form

Students must submit the Graduation Application when registering for their final semester of courses. Contact the Registrar with any questions. 

FERPA Consent Form

Students must submit the FERPA Consent Form before ABU will release the student's educational records to a third-party.

FERPA Grievance Form

E-mail the completed complaint form to FERPA.Complaints@ed.gov
