On Monday, April 17 in our student awards chapel, Dr. Moody presented on behalf of the college, the 2nd annual Worldchanger Award to Becky Hyde.
Becky Coggin Hyde has faithfully served as the CEO of Metroplex Women’s Clinic (formerly Arlington Mansfield Pregnancy Centers) for 27 years. She grew up in Fort Worth as a Baptist preacher’s kid and is a graduate of Baylor University.
Under Becky’s leadership, God has expanded MWC from one small center to 5 clinics with 19 nurses and 2 resale stores (Arlington ReSale).
MWC has served 80,000 women with free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, referrals, and material assistance in excess of $ 2.5 million.
In 2013 Becky was the recipient of the Servant Leader Award from Heartbeat International. Her greatest awards are her son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters.
